I am sad. After six years of summer barbecues, birthday parties, and backyard antics. After winters of snow, ice and bitter cold. After six years of mid western thunderstorms, windstorms, and being battered from every direction, my glass topped patio table finally bit the dust. Sniff.... This last set of storms we had on Tuesday got her from a different direction and sent her tumbling into the neighbors yard. I will miss that table. Oh well. Maybe a small fire in the fireplace, which I found two houses down, and a few beers will help drown the sorrow of losing a dear friend.
